Working within a multidisciplinary team that provides support to Women & Children. The Outreach Caseworker will be responsible for the assessment of the women and family’s needs, establishing individual plans, processing referrals and the implementation of wrap around services, in addition providing professional and accountable case management services for all clients engaged with Samaritans Specialist Homelessness Service.
